This Privacy Statement provides information about the ways in which Safe Track Solutions Limited (SafeTrack) processes personal information.

Safe Track Solutions Limited

Safe Track Solutions Limited (SafeTrack) is a company incorporated under Irish law, company number 593628, with registered offices at Unit 2 Lyncon Court, Blanchardstown Industrial Park, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15, Ireland.

The SafeTrack service offered by Safe Track Solutions Limited is designed to consolidate a cardholder’s qualifications and competences in a central database to be accessed by web-based platforms. It will, with the express consent of the cardholder, relay the status of the cardholder’s recorded qualifications and competences to a third party.

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The General Data Protection Regulation applies from 25th May 2018 and significantly changes data protection law in Europe, strengthening the rights of individuals and increasing the obligations on organisations. The GDPR is designed to give individuals more control over their personal data. 

The key principles under the GDPR are lawfulness, fairness and transparency; purpose limitation; data minimisation; accuracy; storage limitation; integrity and confidentiality, and accountability (Article 5 of the GDPR).

The data subject rights under GDPR are:

  • The right to data portability

  • The right to object to processing of personal data

  • The right of restriction 

  • Rights in relation to automated decision making, including profiling
